Artisan Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at ROOTED IN THE ARTS- BLUEGRASS + ARTISAN VENDOR MARKET event on 9/19/26, 5pm-9pm. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARTISAN VENDORS. Booth fee is $45, due AFTER application is accepted. We will review your application and respond regarding your acceptance as soon as we can and no later than- 9/1/26, via email.

Events are rain or shine. No booth fees are refundable. As a vendor, you will need to provide all 10x10 booth space set up items. This is an evening event and you will need lighting.

The application close date for the VENDOR MARKET is 8/30/26 or when all spots are filled. You will be notified of your acceptance on or before this date.

The event is scheduled Saturday, 9/19/26, 5PM-9PM.
