Artisan Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at JAZZ + ART event. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARTISAN VENDORS. Booth fee is $35, due AFTER application is accepted. We will review your application and respond regarding your acceptance shortly after the application closing date (4/22) via email or earlier if possible and include event details.

Events are rain or shine. No booth fees are refundable. As a vendor, you will provide all 10x10 booth space set up items.

The application close date for the JAZZ + ART EVENT iS 4/22/24.

The event is scheduled 5/11/24, 5pm-9pm.
