Artisan Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at JAZZ + ART VENDOR MARKET event on 5/16/26, 5pm-9pm. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARTISAN VENDORS. Booth fee is $45, due AFTER application is accepted. We will review your application and respond regarding your acceptance as soon as we can and no later than deadline- 4/30/26, via email.

Events are rain or shine. No booth fees are refundable. As a vendor, you will need to provide all 10x10 booth space set up items. This is an evening event and you will need lighting.

The application close date for the JAZZ + ART VENDOR MARKET is 4/30/26 or when all spots are filled. You will be notified of your acceptance on or before this date.

The event is scheduled Saturday, 5/16/26, 5PM-9PM.
