Artisan Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at ROOTED IN THE ARTS event on 9/13/25. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ARTISAN VENDORS. Booth fee is $40, due AFTER application is accepted. We will review your application and respond regarding your acceptance shortly after the application closing date (8/23/25) via email or earlier if possible and include event details.

Events are rain or shine. No booth fees are refundable. As a vendor, you will provide all 10x10 booth space set up items.

The application close date for the ROOTED IN THE ARTS is 8/23/25. You will be notified of your acceptance on or before this date.

The event is scheduled Saturday, 9/13/25, 5pm-9pm.
